Constantinos Tsangaris

Constantinos Tsangaris carries a hands-on business experience of over 25 years and an additional 12-year experience in banking. Before he became 30 he was appointed trainer and training manager of Barclays Bank, Cyprus and started organizing and delivering seminars for banking processes, team management, and leadership together with the Bank’s UK trainers. During his tenure, he single handedly designed and implemented the Total Quality Management (TQM) programme in the bank.

After his banking career, he set up and run a number of businesses including an insurance company (combined branches), a money transfers company, a private security services company and a company administration and consulting company. He has delivered consulting and training programmes in a variety of countries and in some cases he made presentations with the assistance of a translator.

Believes in the principles of “Simplicity is beautiful” and “structured reasoning”, while encouraging experimentation for continuous development and growth.

Professional Credentials

  • Certified Sailing Instructor of the American Sailing Association.
  • Head of PASIMIS sailing school with 15 certified trainers.
  • Certified Trainer – Level 5 by the Human Resource Development Authority.
  • Member of the LIONS Club since 1988, serving multiple times as Club President.
  • Serves as a member of the Board of Directors of a large Philanthropic Institution.
  • Former member of the Board of Directors and Press Secretary of one of the oldest football clubs in the country (7 years total, over two separate periods).
  • Active in consulting and company administration with his own firm.
  • Holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Economics and Political Science from the University of Toronto, Canada (Class of ’85)
